Although Dunedin based designer Charmaine Reveley grew up in Rural Canterbury, I think we can proudly claim her as our own, seeing as she is a prominent figure amongst the Dunedin fashion scene.

Charmaine’s childhood was spent in her mother’s dress-making business, in the remote area of Windwhistle, and it was set against this beautiful back-drop that her love for design blossomed.Charmaine has produced covetable collections year after year and her A/W 13 collection ‘Battle Lines Drawn’ is no exception. Based upon the concept of women going into battle, waging war against winter’s dreary veil, the range is ideal for injecting some much needed colour into winter wardrobes.Vibrant hues in emerald, orange, yellow, navy and cherry, intermingle with a gorgeous poppy print, in sheer dresses, tailored jackets, soft jumpers, delicate skirts.

To get yourself some of Charmaine’s gorgeous pieces visit her shop here or Carlson, 106 George St.
