The University of Otago Mozart Fellow and the Otago Museum present the world première of Flutter, a gift to the people of Otago, composed by Jeremy Mayall, Mozart Fellow 2014 and 2015.

This unique piece of music will be performed for one night only in the Tropical Forest by world-class soprano Julia Booth and internationally renowned musicians John Egenes (guitar), Tessa Petersen (violin), Rob Burns (bass) and Feby Idrus (flute).

With lighting designed by technical virtuoso Marty Roberts, this multisensory experience is inspired by the butterflies in the Museum's Discovery World Tropical Forest.

The evening will also include the première of Cut Away the Masts, a song cycle created in collaboration with 2014 Robert Burns Fellow Majella Cullinane.
