Chef's Table Chocolate Degustation
Calling all chocoholics! Join us for our Chef’s Table degustation event and celebrate Cadbury Chocolate Carnival week in style. Indulge your senses with five courses of chocolate heaven – lovingly crafted by our award winning chefs.
Where: The Chart Room, Hotel St Clair, Dunedin.
When: Thursday 17th July, 7pm
Cost: $90, with $5 from every ticket donated to FoodShare.
Marinated king fish, lemon, avocado and white chocolate salsa.
Sorbet of roast beetroot and chocolate gazpacho, cured smoked beef fillet, feta, mint and chocolate nib balsamic dressing.
Mini taco of shredded chocolate and anise braised duck, cucumber, orange salad, rocket and coriander cream.
Roasted lamb loin with cocoa nib and fennel crust, orange roasted parsnips with chilli marmalade glaze.
Chocolate and pecan wonton, bitter chocolate brulee, grilled pineapple with green peppercorn.
